A visit to Mary Cairncross Reserve near Queensland’s Maleny reveals beautiful views from the Blackall Range toward the Glasshouse Mountains. The bird life amongst remnant rainforest together with the glorious view inspired this story-telling artwork. Frequently heard, the melodious carolling of magpies through the clear air is echoed and repeated as the birds call to each other.

This mixed media piece is on canvas and framed with a float frame of beautiful Tasmanian oak, ready to hang.

Framed size is 79cm(H) x104cm(W) x 4.5cm(D).
